Job summary

Source BioScience, comprising Source LDPath and Source Genomics, offers laboratory services in genomics and healthcare diagnostics. This entry-level role supports a high-quality cellular pathology service with administrative tasks in LIMS, client communication, macro report typing, and map creation for digital scanners.

You will work with medical laboratory staff and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification requirements, although administrative experience is desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receipting and sorting work and entering patient and clinical information into LIMS.
• Contacting clients by phone or email.
• Typing and scanning macroscopic reports and archiving blocks and slides.
• Assisting with loading/unloading the Digital Scanning machines and creating scanning maps.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
