Aerotek is seeking Lab Operator candidates for a seed production facility in York, NE. This contract role supports quality testing and production processes in a hands-on lab environment.

Work schedules include Day 6:00 AM–6:30 PM and Night 6:00 PM–6:30 AM with rotating weekends. Safety gear is provided; steel-toe boots and personal items are the employee's responsibility.

York, NE | $20.00/hr + Night Shift Differential

Hiring Through Aerotek In Lincoln, NE and Omaha, NE

Aerotek is seeking Lab Operators to support quality testing and production processes at a seed production facility in York, NE.

Openings Available

• 1 Opening for Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 3 Openings for Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Schedule

• 2 Days On / 3 Days Off
• 3 Days On / 2 Days Off
• Rotating weekends required

Responsibilities

• Collect and process seed samples
• Perform testing and quality inspections
• Document results and enter data into computer systems
• Monitor product quality standards
• Support inventory tracking and reporting
• Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
