Job summary

RoukenBio seeks an Operations Support Manager (Equipment, Materials and Logistics) to oversee equipment management, inventory controls and the end-to-end logistics for scientific operations. You will align maintenance schedules, qualification windows and supplier performance to ensure safe, compliant, and timely customer delivery.

Lead two specialized teams, drive process improvements, and embed new systems to reduce risk and improve service levels across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational support, lab operations, equipment management, procurement, materials or logistics.
• Line management and people development experience.
• Demonstrable experience in lab equipment management/maintenance/qualification or materials/procurement/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Equipment Management and Inventory & Logistics as two specialist teams within one portfolio.
• Plan workload across teams, balancing routine activity, maintenance, projects and issues.
• Collaborate with Study Managers and Facilities to anticipate demand and avoid disruption.
