You will lead a four‑person technical team, oversee maintenance and asset services across nine laboratories, and partner with Laboratory Managers to ensure uninterrupted scientific operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budget control, and experience with equipment management in GLP/regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in laboratory operations or technical management.
• Experience leading engineers/technicians or technical staff.
• Experience with maintenance, calibration, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical team and create a high-performing environment.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance, calibration, and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, assets, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate third-party service agreements and external vendors.
• Build relationships with Laboratory Managers and stakeholders.
