Ai Bio in London is seeking a Lab Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day running of its evolving London lab. You will ensure stock, deliveries, cold chain, equipment service, and safety records are kept up to date with real ownership and cross‑team collaboration.

You will define how inventory is captured at use and build baselines, working with science, software and operations to shape scalable systems as the site grows. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role in a stealth startup.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years running lab, stores, warehouse or comparable physical operations, hands‑on and accountable for the result.
• Practical stock control: goods in, inventory records, reorder points, stock counts that reconcile.
• Experience buying from suppliers: raising orders, comparing quotes, managing lead times.

Aufgaben

• Run the day-to-day operations of the London lab, ensuring stock, deliveries, and cold chain are managed.
• Maintain equipment service schedules, calibration records and health and safety compliance.
• Capture inventory data at point of use to support provenance and scalable systems.
• Collaborate with science, software and operations teams to build a scalable lab ops framework.
