Job summary

Voy is a fast-growing digital health company delivering personalised care across men's health, metabolic health, menopause, hormonal health, TRT and dermatology in the UK.

As a Lab Associate Practitioner you will process samples, run automated analysers, record data in LIMS, follow SOPs, perform IQC/EQA, and work closely with Biomedical Scientists to ensure accurate test results and smooth lab throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory environment with SOPs and quality frameworks.
• Comfort handling biological samples and operating lab analysers.
• Proven data recording and quality control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Process samples and prepare for analysis.
• Operate automated and semi-automated analysers.
• Record data accurately in LIMS and maintain traceability.
• Follow SOPs and participate in IQC/EQA activities.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment under supervision.
