Harpole Primary School is offering an Apprenticeship position as a Key L3 Apprentice Teaching Assistant. The role runs for 18 months, is term-time only, and starts ideally in October 2026.

The apprentice will work under the Headteacher/Deputy Headteacher, supporting pupils from Years R to 6 and assisting with small group and individual interventions to raise attainment. Hours are 08:35–15:15 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, totaling 30.83 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• To support the learning and development of pupils across Years R to 6, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality education. The post holder will provide support within classrooms and lead or assist with small group and individual intervention sessions to help pupils reach their full potential.
