As the L&D Manager, you will collaborate with leadership to foster continuous learning, shaping performance, engagement, and long-term success across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Recruitment within an agency setting.
• Proven track record designing and leading development programs.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver training programs.
• Conduct skill gap analyses and implement program design.
• Align development with company philosophy, values and expectations.
• Build and run succession planning programs for recruiters.
• Design and run onboarding and mentorship programs (30/60/90).
• Drive time to first placement and support sales leaders on speed to competency.
