You will balance strategic consulting with hands-on delivery, shaping programs from concept through to execution while preparing employees for AI-enabled transformation.

You will manage senior stakeholders, lead skills diagnostics, and drive AI upskilling pathways, ensuring learning solutions address business challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and scoping abilities to diagnose performance gaps and tailor learning solutions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven business cases.
• Hands-on delivery and facilitation of leadership development, skills training and onboarding programs.
• Experience integrating AI upskilling into L&D strategy and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary L&D consultant for the Cisco account and diagnose gaps.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior account leadership and business partners.
• Deliver and facilitate leadership development, skills training, and onboarding programs.
• Develop AI integration pathways aligned to wider business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and manage the L&D budget to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Support performance management and succession planning initiatives.
