Job summary
Geely Auto UK in Coventry is seeking a Talent and Learning lead to deliver high-quality L&D across the business. You will own the employee journey from offer to onboarding, lead learning and development activities, and ensure data-driven, compliant processes across Geely entities.
The role focuses on digital learning design, LMS optimisation and early careers programs, with a strong stakeholder partnership and a drive to improve learner experience.
Qualifications
- Identify learning needs and consult stakeholders
- Design engaging eLearning and blended learning
- Experience with LMS and HR systems
- Strong stakeholder partnering and communication
- Use learning data to improve interventions
- Digital mindset for automation and workflows
- Highly organized with multiple projects
- CIPD qualification desirable
Responsibilities
- L&D consultancy with stakeholders to diagnose learning needs and provide solutions
- Design, develop and enhance digital learning solutions and pathways
- Optimise LMS, improve reporting and data quality
- Translate skills requirements into structured learning interventions
- Shape onboarding journey with digital enablement and automation
- Oversee compliance learning and competency insights
- Support performance and probation frameworks with digital tools
- Partner with graduates, apprentices and early career programs
