Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking a Learning and Development Delivery Manager (maternity cover) to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of training across the business from the Head Office location in Harefield. You will oversee a team of L&D Coordinators and Administrators, coordinate leadership development, ensure compliance and plan training resources.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external providers, optimise trainer workloads, manage LMS records and drive effective training uptake across

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning and development programmes across a business.
• Ability to lead a team of coordinators and administrators to meet training needs.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to forecast and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of learning and development activities across the business.
• Coordinate management and leadership development programmes and delegate management of training providers.
• Forecast training requirements from compliance, skills gaps and growth plans.
• Work with Training Manager to schedule internal trainers and locations.
• Manage operator training via the Clancy Training Academy and monitor bookings.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to understand learning needs and drive uptake.
• Lead regular meetings with regional stakeholders to review training needs and compliance.
• Monitor bookings and attendance, handle cancellations and optimise training spaces.
• Provide guidance on the Learning Management System and maintain training records.
