The Clancy Group is seeking a Learning and Development Delivery Manager (maternity cover) to oversee day-to-day learning across the business from compliance to leadership programmes, ensuring training is well planned, delivered effectively and aligned with our teams’ needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering learning and development across a business.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of L&D professionals.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Aufgaben

• Provide line management and direction to a team of L&D Coordinators and Administrators, allocating workloads and supporting performance.
• Coordinate delivery of Management and Leadership Development Programmes and development initiatives for delegates, managers, providers and HR Partners.
• Forecast future training requirements by reviewing compliance needs, skills gaps and business growth plans.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to utilise internal trainers and schedule courses at suitable locations.
• Oversee operator training through the Clancy Training Academy, ensuring bookings are planned.
• Build relationships across the business to understand learning needs and maximize training opportunities.
• Lead regular meetings with regional training contacts and stakeholders to review requirements and compliance.
• Monitor course bookings and attendance, manage prerequisites and control costs.
• Provide guidance on the Learning Management System to ensure accurate training records.
