Brand New Role | Oil & Gas Sector | Based in Victoria, London

This is a standout opportunity to join a global Oil & Gas company as their first dedicated Learning & Development professional, based in their London HQ (Victoria). As the business grows, they’ve recognised the need for a structured, strategic approach to employee training — and you’ll be the one to lead it.
The Role
This is a newly created position, offering the chance to shape the future of L&D in a high-performing, technical, and globally minded environment.
You’ll take ownership of:
  • Designing and delivering training programmes across the London HQ
  • Managing and administering the learning platform and training records
  • Rolling out certification and compliance-based training
  • Working with employees and managers to assess learning needs
  • Supporting wider corporate training initiatives as the role evolves
  • Laying the foundations for a future-proof L&D function
While London is your core focus, there may be scope to support training needs across subsidiaries over time.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in L&D, training coordination or employee development
  • Familiarity with managing training platforms and admin processes
  • Strong stakeholder skills and confidence dealing with technical and professional staff
  • Organised, proactive, and excited to build from the ground up
  • Knowledge of certificate-based and compliance-led training (desirable)
Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid working)
