Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to support the delivery of development initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance and engagement. You will collaborate with managers to identify needs, coordinate learning activities and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

This Edinburgh-based role oversees venues including St Andrews and Aberdeen, with opportunities to shape training across hotels and clubs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial capacity within hotel operations is essential
• AET Level 3 is preferred, though training material creation experience is valuable
• Excellent guest service focus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships with managers and teams across designated business areas.
• Identify learning and development needs with managers to drive service standards.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programmes, workshops and initiatives.
• Manage programme administration, communications and participant engagement.
• Support onboarding and career development initiatives across teams.
