Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a KYC Middle Office Associate/Senior Associate to act as the SME and single point of contact for timely completion of customer KYC records. You will align with a Front Office team and coordinate across teams to deliver an efficient onboarding experience.

You will build strong internal and external relationships, drive blockers from processes, ensure AML controls are met, and help drive improvements while maintaining a client-focused, world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the KYC Renewals book of work for your Front Office sub-LOB; prioritise requests and manage end-to-end process.
• Build partnerships, identify challenges and remove roadblocks with internal partners.
• Work with Front Office to obtain supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
• Ensure information to and from clients is accurate, complete and compliant with AML/Due Diligence.
• Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignment with Global Maker teams and QC.
• Stay up to date with process changes and regulatory impacts; communicate effects to partners.
• Manage personal workload and escalate key risks/issues to management.
• Identify and execute process improvements and provide guidance on initiatives.
• Mentor peers and share best practices; may lead peers on the same portfolio.
