J.P. Morgan is seeking a KYC Middle Office Associate/Senior Associate to own renewal processes, ensure timely KYC completion, and partner with Front Office teams to streamline client onboarding experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the KYC Renewals book for designated Front Office sub-LOB, prioritise requests and provide status updates.
• Build partnerships, identify and remove roadblocks with internal partners.
• Coordinate with Front Office teams to obtain required KYC evidence for due diligence.
• Ensure information exchange with clients is accurate, complete and compliant with AML and due diligence requirements.
• Coordinate case prioritization and workload with Global Maker teams and QC.
• Stay updated on process changes and regulatory updates and communicate impacts.
• Escalate risks and manage workload to meet targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support key technology initiatives.
• Act as a role model and share best practices; may lead peers on the portfolio.
