Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a Case and Client Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover) in Marlborough, Wiltshire. The role is 35 hours weekly (8.30 am to 4.30 pm with a one-hour lunch break) with remote working from home on Fridays.

The position runs as maternity cover from November 2026 to January 2028, with a potential permanent transition. Applicants must be UK-based and able to commute daily to Marlborough, car access required as no nearby transport links.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in process-driven systems.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office applications.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential client data with professionalism.
• UK-based and within daily commuting distance to Marlborough.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with international clients primarily via email.
• Receiving confidential client report requests, checking documentation and recording information.
• Managing and prioritising multiple client requests to meet deadlines.
• Creating internal documents for each report request.
• Managing client correspondence and communicating with worldwide associates by email.
• Issuing reports and confidential documents to clients.
