Job summary

The Bridge Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, committed teacher to join our team and support young people who require additional help to thrive in education. We are looking for a teacher to work with KS3 students, delivering a nurturing, individualised curriculum and adapting lessons to meet each learner’s starting point.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships and foster a calm, supportive environment where pupils feel safe and able to achieve.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, committed teacher with focus on KS3.
• Ability to deliver an engaging, differentiated curriculum for KS3.
• Ability to adapt a primary-style approach for secondary learners.
• Strong ability to build positive relationships and deliver nurture and consistency.
• Commitment to inclusion and supporting every pupil to succeed.
• Experience collaborating with families and professionals to provide holistic support.
