Job summary

The Bridge Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, committed teacher to support KS3 pupils with a primary-style approach. You will adapt lessons to meet individual needs and build positive relationships to help learners thrive.

The successful candidate will have the creativity and flexibility to differentiate curriculum for secondary learners, while working with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide holistic support.

Qualifications

• KS3 teaching with differentiation across levels.
• Ability to adapt a primary-style curriculum for secondary learners.
• Experience building positive relationships and creating a nurturing environment.
• Experience in SEND settings or PRU is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, appropriately differentiated KS3 lessons.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide holistic support.
• Create a calm, supportive environment where pupils feel safe and valued.
