The role requires delivering an engaging, differentiated curriculum for KS3 learners, able to adapt a primary curriculum approach for secondary-aged pupils and to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families and professionals.

We are seeking a teacher to work with Key Stage 3 students who benefit from a nurturing, individualised approach and a curriculum tailored to their needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who can look beyond traditional classroom approaches and adapt learning to help every young person experience success, build confidence and develop a positive attitude towards learning.
The successful candidate will have the experience, creativity and flexibility to teach secondary-aged pupils through a primary-style curriculum, adapting lessons and approaches to meet individual needs and starting points. You will be skilled at building positive relationships with young people, understanding barriers to learning and creating a calm, supportive environment where pupils feel safe, valued and able to achieve.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
