CER Education Recruitment is seeking flexible, professional graduates or individuals with experience working with children to join its supply team in the Flintshire area. The roles involve day-to-day supply to cover short-term absences or planned lessons for KS3 and GCSE classes.

You will need excellent communication, be well organised, and able to settle into your new role quickly, delivering outstanding classroom practice from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to settle in quickly and deliver high standards from day one.
• Capable of working independently and using initiative.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing daily cover needs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver lessons and cover KS3/GCSE classes as needed.
• Maintain professional standards and manage pupil behaviour.
• Communicate effectively with schools and coordinators.
• Register and prepare materials as required.
