CER Education Recruitment is seeking flexible, professional graduates or individuals with experience working with children to join its supply team in the Flintshire area. The roles involve day-to-day supply to cover short-term absences or planned lessons for KS3 and GCSE classes.

You will need excellent communication, be well organised, and able to settle into your new role quickly, delivering outstanding classroom practice from day one.

CER are working on behalf of secondary schools in the Flintshire area who have temporary needs for day to day supply staff to cover a short term daily absences or in house teachers who have meetings etc.

Schools may need cover on the morning or it may be a planned absence and would consist of KS3 and GCSE cover.

The right applicant will have a flexible and positive approach to teaching and the ability to deliver lessons. It is also important you are someone who can quickly settle into your new role at a high standard from day one. You will have the drive and confidence to work under your own steam and demonstrate "outstanding" practice in the classroom.
