Academics Ltd is seeking adaptable Secondary Teachers for Flintshire with an October start. Roles include daily supply, short-term and long-term placements across KS3 and KS4, in supportive schools. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, and help students progress while maintaining positive behaviour.

QTS or QTLS with an appropriate degree is required, along with EWC registration. Strong subject knowledge, differentiations skills, and excellent communication are essential

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS with a relevant undergraduate degree.
• EWC registration (or willingness to register prior to starting).
• Strong command of the curriculum within your subject discipline across KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent communication, confident classroom management, and effective differentiation techniques.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and engage: plan and deliver engaging, subject-specific lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Flexibility: cover across departments for daily, short-term, or long-term placements.
• Assess learning, provide feedback, and adapt resources to support pupils with additional needs.
