The Education Specialists is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Primary School Teacher for long-term cover in Birkenhead. You will join a welcoming primary school, taking responsibility for a Year 4 class and delivering high-quality lessons within a supportive KS2 environment.

The role offers a competitive daily rate (£130-£180), PAYE paid weekly, and long-term stability. CPD opportunities and dedicated consultant support are provided, with a £150 refer-a-friend scheme.

Formación

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 and Year 4 curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver Year 4 lessons in line with the KS2 primary curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress effectively.
• Maintain high expectations of learning, behaviour and achievement.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues and school leadership.
• Ensure continuity of learning during the long-term cover period.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
