The Education Specialists in Sefton (UK) are seeking a qualified Secondary Supply Teacher for KS3 and KS4, full-time for the academic year. You will deliver lessons across a range of subjects in a well-regarded secondary school, supporting positive pupil outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have experience across KS3/KS4, and can maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and engagement. A competitive daily rate and ongoing consultant support are offered.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4.
• Ability to deliver lessons across a range of subjects.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Adapt teaching to suit different classroom environments.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
