Job summary

REESON Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Salford (M5). This full-time, long-term role involves supporting KS2 pupils with SEND/SEMH needs through in-class support, targeted interventions, one-to-one support and small group work.

The role offers a secure, long-term opportunity with potential temp-to-perm, and a competitive hourly pay rate of 14.25 - 16.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• Experience with SEND/SEMH/ASD/ADHD or behavioural needs.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support KS2 pupils in classroom and interventions.
• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with SEND/SEMH.
• Deliver small group interventions to support learning and progress.
• Support pupils during lessons, break times, transitions and interventions.
