Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the GU35 area of Bordon. The role supports Year 5 pupils and targeted SEN interventions within a dynamic KS2 environment.

This full‑time, long‑term post offers a structured day from 8:15am to 3:45pm, with weekly pay at £14.25 to £16.65 per hour. You will collaborate with a supportive team to drive pupil progress and foster confidence across learning activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in primary education, Year 5 and KS2.
• Confidence in supporting SEN pupils with a range of needs.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Ready to make an impact in a diverse primary setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the teacher with daily classroom activities in Year 5 and KS2.
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs.
• Encourage engagement, confidence and independence in learning.
• Adapt to varying needs and abilities in a busy, dynamic environment.
• Work as part of a supportive team committed to pupil progress.
