Job summary

Homefield Church of England Primary and Nursery School in Bradwell requires a Teaching Assistant to join our caring, professional team. The post is part-time (32.5 hours/week), term time plus one week, fixed term to 31 August 2027, with an ASAP start.

We seek a reliable, well-organised individual with good communication skills and a welcoming manner who can support children and colleagues while upholding our values and inclusive ethos.

Qualifications

• We require a Teaching Assistant to work in our school.
• We are looking for somebody with good communication skills, a welcoming and friendly approach that demonstrates a high level of professionalism, while being able to relate well to both children and adults.
• This is an important post in the school and we want a reliable, well organised, adaptable and caring person.
• We would prefer to appoint a Teaching Assistant with a level 2 qualification, good standards of literacy, numeracy (C or equivalent at GCSE) and computing skills.
