• Experienced in managing students' emotional challenges.
• Dedicated to Key Stage development and teaching.
• Able to oversee adaptations to the Phase.
• Creative and dynamic in teaching approaches with effective behavior management.
• Honest and compassionate.
• Experience in managing faculty.
• DBS checked or willing to undergo the process.

Responsibilities

• Commit fully to the Key Stage 2 Teacher role.
• Ensure students are reaching their targets effectively.
• Oversee necessary adjustments within the Phase and adapt teaching strategies.
