Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a motivated Key Stage 2 Teacher for a Wellingborough primary school starting in November. The role is full-time and pays in line with the MPS/UPS scale.

You will deliver engaging KS2 lessons across Years 3-6, differentiate for varied abilities, monitor progress and work with teaching assistants to support pupil attainment and wellbeing. A proactive and collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 or ECT welcome.
• Strong lesson planning and differentiation skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Commitment to raising attainment and pupil wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Supporting pupils in Years 3-6 to develop their knowledge, confidence and independence
• Differentiating activities to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Monitoring progress and using assessment to inform future planning
• Establishing clear classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour
• Encouraging pupils to develop strong literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Working alongside teaching assistants and colleagues to provide effective learning support
• Communicating with parents and staff regarding pupil progress and development
• Contributing to a positive school culture and wider school activities
