Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a qualified KS2 teacher for a Hayes, West London primary school. This long-term temporary role starts January 2027 and is full-time, 8:15am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday with medium class sizes and supportive leadership.

You will plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum, assess progress, maintain safeguarding standards and work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil development, with pay in the Outer London Main Pay Range (£39,196–£52,241).

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach KS2.
• Experience delivering planning, delivery and assessment for KS2.
• Strong behaviour management and safeguarding awareness.
• Collaborative approach with phase colleagues to support pupils.
• Commitment to pupil welfare and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Assess pupils' progress and inform future planning.
• Establish clear routines and maintain positive behaviour.
• Create inclusive environments to support pupil progress.
