Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher for a full academic year in the M26 area, starting November 2026.

The successful candidate will plan, deliver and differentiate lessons, support pupil progress with data, and contribute to safeguarding, behaviour management and wider school life.

Candidates must have PGCE with QTS, KS2 experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, professional approach to teaching.

Qualifications

• PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is essential.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated KS2 lessons.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil learning and wellbeing.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress using data to inform teaching.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils to support development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support pupil progress.
• Contribute to wider school life, including meetings and school events.
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed.
