TeacherActive is working with a mainstream Primary School in Bridgwater seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join on a full-time, permanent basis. You will deliver engaging lessons to Years 3 to 6, manage classrooms effectively and assess pupil progress to ensure every pupil is supported and challenged.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on-track for QTS (ECTs welcome)

• Experience teaching in a UK Primary School, across KS2 (Years 3–6)
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management
• Ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet all learners’ needs
• Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching

Job Title: KS2 Teacher

Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £34,069 - £52,835 per annum (MPS/UPS)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Bridgwater, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher. The school is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and passion for learning.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated KS2 Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful KS2 Teacher will be working across Key Stage 2 / KS2, supporting pupils in Years 3 to 6 through engaging lessons, effective classroom management and regular assessment of pupil progress, ensuring all children are supported and challenged appropriately.

The successful KS2 Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)

• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 National Curriculum

• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School, ideally across KS2

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills

• The ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
