Job summary

TeacherActive are inviting Primary teachers to join mainstream Primary schools in South Gloucestershire for day-to-day cover from September across KS2. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and adapt teaching to support pupils with SEND, while maintaining high standards of pupil engagement.

Ideal candidates hold QTS/ECTs, have UK primary teaching experience, strong KS2 curriculum knowledge, and a proactive, adaptable attitude towards teaching.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcomed to apply).
• Primary teaching experience in the UK.
• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Sound knowledge of the KS2 Primary Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management.
• Adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and maintain student engagement.
• Provide effective classroom management throughout lessons.
• Adapt teaching to support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND.

TeacherActive are recruiting Primary teachers to be working within mainstream Primary schools in South Gloucestershire.

We are looking to take on a Primary Teacher for day-to-day cover from September, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, provide effective classroom management and adapt their teaching to support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Primary teaching experience in the UK
• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum across KS2
• Excellent classroom management
• An adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
