Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a primary setting.
• Able to support pupils with SEND.
• Ability to monitor and support children at break and lunchtime.

Responsibilities

• Primarily support teaching and learning within Key Stage 2.
• Work closely with teachers to help pupils reach their full potential.
• Support SEND through classroom support, interventions and small-group work.
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Contribute to caring and inclusive school culture.
