Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience in a UK primary school within the last 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
• Confident delivering intervention programmes independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Committed to raising pupil achievement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms.
• Delivering focused intervention sessions in English and Maths.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group academic support.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and assessment activities.
• Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils.
• Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
