Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils from September 2026. This full-time role offers a September 2026 start with Aspire People, an Education Agency committed to safeguarding pupils.

You will work across KS2, deliver targeted English and Maths interventions, and support both independent learning and assessment activities. Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 TA qualification with recent UK primary school experience, strong KS2 knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience in a UK primary school within the last 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
• Confident delivering intervention programmes independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Committed to raising pupil achievement.

Responsabilités

• Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms.
• Delivering focused intervention sessions in English and Maths.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group academic support.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and assessment activities.
• Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils.
