REESON Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a Greenwich primary school. The role involves supporting pupils across KS2 with additional learning needs, delivering a mix of in-class support, small-group interventions, and targeted one-to-one work to help pupils access the curriculum.

You will collaborate with the SENCo and class teachers, helping pupils stay focused, break down tasks, and build confidence in literacy and numeracy.

Qualificações

• Has prior experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
• Is confident working with children with SEN or additional learning needs.
• Can adapt learning tasks to suit individual abilities.
• Is patient, proactive, and reliable.
• Works well as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-class support to pupils across KS2.
• Deliver small-group interventions and targeted one-to-one work.
• Help pupils access the curriculum and stay focused during lessons.
