Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a KS2 Intervention Teaching Assistant for a 2-form entry school in Erdington/Aston-Witton. The role starts asap and runs at least until the end of May 2027, supporting lower-ability pupils with targeted numeracy and literacy interventions.

You will work to identify gaps in learning, follow a fixed timetable for individual learners, and provide dedicated support to write progress notes and report findings.
