Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a KS2 Intervention teacher for a 3 days per week role in Erdington. The post starts asap and runs until at least the end of May 2027. The successful candidate will identify gaps in learning and deliver targeted support to lower-ability pupils, with strong numeracy and literacy skills.

The position involves working within a structured timetable and collaboration with school staff to track progress and adapt strategies accordingly.

AA 2 form entry school in Erdington are looking for a Key Stage 2 specialist for an intervention position commencing asap until at least the end o May 2027.

The suitable primary teacher will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and have the ability to recognise the gaps in learning and accommodate each individual child. The teacher will have a set timetable with specific children. The position is working with lower ability children who require additional support.
