Aspire People are seeking a KS2 Intervention teacher for an AA 2 form entry school in Erdington. The role is an intervention position starting asap and running until at least end of May 2027, approximately 3 days per week.

The suitable teacher will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, and the ability to identify gaps in learning and provide targeted support for lower-ability pupils.

The suitable primary teacher will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and have the ability to recognise the gaps in learning and accommodate each individual child. The teacher will have a set timetable with specific children. The position is working with lower ability children who require additional support.
