The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis, with a particular focus on supporting pupils in Year 6. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, follow

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of KS2 curriculum, especially Year 6.
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils.
• Knowledge and experience of supporting pupils with SEND.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to follow school policies and deliver pre-planned lessons.
• Positive, professional and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to Year 6 pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupils including those with SEND to progress.
• Contribute to an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming learning atmosphere on site.

The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis, with a particular focus on supporting pupils in Year 6. The successful Cover Supervisor will be expected to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, follow school policies and use their strong curriculum knowledge to support pupils, including those with SEND.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 6
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils
• Knowledge and experience of supporting pupils with SEND
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in following school policies and delivering pre-planned lessons
• A positive, professional and adaptable approach
