Job summary

1st Note Education in London is seeking an inspiring KS2&3 Music Teacher to join a fantastic Independent school in the London Borough of Hillingdon. The role is part time and permanent, teaching KS2 and KS3 with possible extension to older classes.

You will bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to a well‑resourced music department, with class sizes of 16–20 and a broad programme of concerts and performances. CPD and collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with PGCE/QTS/Teaching Licence or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Music or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Ability to support concerts, recitals, and performances.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS2 and KS3 Music, with possible older classes.
• Prepare students for concerts, recitals, productions, and exams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop high-quality resources.
