Fladbury CofE Primary School seeks a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our warm, ambitious village school community. You will work in the KS1 classroom, supporting early reading, phonics and maths with small groups and targeted interventions.

Hours are 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–12:30 and 13:00–15:30, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. The role includes helping with resources, pastoral support and enrichment activities.

• Experience supporting KS1 learning with small groups.
• Strong communication and patience in a classroom setting.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child development.

Responsabilidades

• Support teaching and learning within KS1.
• Work with small groups to develop reading, writing and maths.
• Deliver targeted interventions to boost pupil progress.
• Support phonics and early literacy development.
• Prepare learning resources and maintain classroom organisation.
• Provide pastoral support reflecting our nurturing ethos.
• Support pupils with SEND through targeted strategies.
• Contribute to clubs, events and enrichment activities.
