• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is preferred.
• Ability to follow guidance from teachers and SENDCo.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to pupils throughout the school day.
• Supervise lunchtime duties.
• Assist in resource development and classroom organisation.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress to teachers.
