Job summary

Galley Common Infant School in Coventry invites applications for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with special educational needs in the Reception class, initially.

We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Reception team, initially. This rewarding role involves providing individual support for a child with special educational needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential within our nurturing and inclusive school community but may also involve working with small groups.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to a child's educational journey at the very start of their school life.

This is a fixed term position linked to EHCP funding for the duration of the child's attendance at our school.

The successful candidate will:
