TIA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher for a one-form-entry primary school in Erdington, Birmingham. The role is full-time and long-term, with daily pay up to £270 depending on experience.

You will plan and deliver KS1 lessons, teach phonics, reading, writing and maths, and create an inclusive classroom. The school's supportive environment helps pupils reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be eligible to teach in England.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• Strong knowledge of KS1 National Curriculum and phonics.
• Effective classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to deliver creative, engaging lessons.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons aligned with the KS1 National Curriculum.
• Teach core subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and maths.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varying pupil needs.
• Assess pupil progress and identify development areas.
• Support children's academic, social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support attainment.
