TeacherActive Limited is partnering with a welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Hull to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher on a long-term basis. The position starts on 2 November 2026 and offers daily pay in the range of £160–£261.78 via PAYE.

The role covers KS1 across year groups, requiring strong classroom management and a sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum. The school fosters an inclusive environment with supportive staff.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1.
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• An adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• The successful KS1 Teacher will support year groups across KS1, delivering engaging lessons.
• Maintain positive classroom environments and support pupils with their learning and development.
