Rate: £130 to £180 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Immingham. This role offers the chance to inspire and engage pupils while working in a collaborative team environment.

About the Role:
As a KS1 Teacher in Immingham, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and personal development. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create and implement engaging lessons tailored to each student’s needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Support students’ academic progress and well-being.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to students’ needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education and well-being.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
  • Keep detailed records of each student’s progress and communicate this information to parents, support staff, and other relevant parties.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
  • Trainee or early careers teachers are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
  • Deep commitment to helping students develop their academic skills, exhibiting patience and empathy.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
