KS1 Primary School Teacher – Hemel Hempstead

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Start-date: September

Pay: In line with MPS/UPS pay scale

Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated KS1 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Hemel Hempstead area, starting this September.

This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about working with children across Key Stage 1 and is committed to creating an engaging, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to helping every child achieve their full potential while supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lessons across KS1, monitoring and assessing pupil progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents and carers. You will play an important role in building pupils' confidence and developing their enthusiasm for learning during these important early years of their education.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the KS1 curriculum

  • Contribution to extra-curricular activities and after-school clubs
  • Cooperation with colleagues in order to deliver the best possible outcomes
