Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a Crosby primary school. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored activities in a warm Key Stage 1 setting, helping the child stay engaged and supported throughout the day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the student with classroom activities, ensuring they remain engaged and supported throughout the day.
• Monitor and record the student's progress, providing regular feedback to teaching staff and parents where necessary.
• Support the social and emotional well-being of the student, helping them build confidence and independence.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational or nursery setting is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications (e.g., Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are considered an asset.
